Vanilla Cranberry White Macadamia Bars

White Chocolate Macadamia Nut Cookie Dough

What You Need

  • Savory’s White Macadamia Dough (1 tub)
  • 5 oz. bag Ocean Spray Craisins
  • Small Baking Pan (8×8)
  • Canola Oil
  • 8 oz. Vanilla Candy Coating


  1. Grease your small pan
  2. Place ½ of the thawed White Mac dough in the bottom of the pan
  3. Spread the entire bag of Craisins to make the next layer
  4. Spread the remaining White Mac dough on top
  5. Bake for approx. 40 mins at 350 degrees (some ovens may vary)
  6. Let Cool
  7. Melt your Vanilla candy coating and spread over the top of the cooled cookies
  8. Throw in refrigerator for 15 mins
